Offers adult men and women with diverse developmental disabilities through residential services. Each individual is guided to achieve maximum independence and community social skills. They actively contribute to their Individual Habilitation Plan, setting personalized goals in recreation, social engagement, personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.

Assists visually impaired individuals to enhance their independence and community integration. Services include arts/crafts, Braille instruction, counseling, daily living skills, mobility training, JAWS computer training, nutrition, recreation, and social outreach.

Provides assistance of supportive services during the daytime. Round trip transportation is provided for participants from their home, as well as transportation throughout the day to appointments. Services include licensed nurses, medical supervision and personal care services, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and meals throughout the day.

Provides several training and employment programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Transition services are offered for students moving out of highschool to a working environment.

Provides a vocational day training program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 21 and older. Participants who attend the program live throughout the community, and receive training in socialization, activities of daily living, and vocational skills. Community integration is the focus of all scheduled activities. The program participates in meals-on-wheels and offers training in computer and academic skills.

Enables participants to live at home in the evenings and on the weekends while receiving individualized care for their medical, nursing, social, rehabilitative and personal needs at the centers. Services include: Health Supervision and Nursing Care, Recreational Activities, Nutritious Meals, Special Medical Care Services (Dental, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy..etc) Transportation (Doctor's appointment & shopping)

Offers a day program for people who have significant intellectual/developmental disabilities. The center works with participants to develop personal awareness, social and work skills, as well as to further each individual's capacity for self determination and decision making.

Offers adult medical day care services, which include door-to-door transportation, meals, medical and nursing services, a manicurist and hairdresser, a quiet room, access to social services, physical therapy, and field trips. Various group activities are also organized such as music events, movies, and group exercise.

Enhance the lives of adults on the autism spectrum through the Adults with Autism Day Program, fostering their success in a supportive environment. Services encompass skills assessment, family involvement in treatment planning, individual guidance, consultations with applied behavioral analysis consultants, activities of daily living and leisure skills training, social skills groups, community-based recreational activities, and pre-vocational and vocational training.

Provides assistance to adults who require supervision due to cognitive/physical impairments in a dignified, safe, social and stimulating environment. The program also provides a place for seniors who need socialization, structured stimulation or those who no longer can stay home alone.

Provides a special needs adult day program that offers work-related activities, recreation, community outings and nursing services. Offers a 1:3 ratio of staff to consumer, programming for 230 calendar days of the year and door to door transportation.

Provides community-integrated opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities. Participants enjoy social activities and are encouraged to develop hobbies and participate in volunteer activities throughout the community.

Provides adults ages 21 and older with developmental disabilities who need a daily program of activities to develop skills in adaptive living, self-help, and personal awareness. The program offers on-site and off-site community-based activities to clients and assists them with finding employment opportunities and/or volunteer positions for those who express a desire to either work or volunteer in the community.

Staff members meticulously deliver these services, incorporating therapeutic devices such as supine standers, therapeutic wings, and special adaptive equipment for routine activities when appropriate.

Offers a full-day program on weekdays for adults with medication needs and/or physical limitations that make them unable to stay home alone. Specialized programs are also available for adults with Alzheimer's/dementia or developmental disabilities. Participants enjoy activities tailored to their needs that keep them mentally and socially stimulated, and also receive attention when needed to their personal hygiene, therapy, nutrition, and medical needs.

Provides a day program designed to meet the physical and intellectual needs of individuals with severe to profound intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals receive assistance and training in toileting, eating, activities of daily living and hygiene skills. The program serves individuals with complex medical needs, and a full-time nurse is on site. Monitoring medical issues is a pertinent part of all programming at the center.
