Services include: academic tutoring, job skills training and job sampling, entrepreneurial job endeavors, volunteer work, community services, leisure and recreational activities, physical fitness, personal care services, and transportation services. Also offers weekend and evening activities, hotel respite, and individual support services.

Nursing staff monitors conditions like diabetes and cardiac or respiratory issues. The center offers person-centered daily routines emphasizing social interaction, leisure activities, and learning, featuring programs on music, nature, and art. Thoughtfully arranged community trips recognize individual interests and participants.

Provides assistance to adults who require supervision due to cognitive/physical impairments in a dignified, safe, social and stimulating environment. The program also provides a place for seniors who need socialization, structured stimulation or those who no longer can stay home alone.

Delivering multiple adult day programs across Bergen and Passaic Counties, the organization supports individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, offering essential services like grooming, community integration, communication, cooking, cleaning, and engaging in music and art. Specialized programs, featuring support from behaviorists and nurses, are available, with transportation provided for participants.

Offers adult medical day care services, which include door-to-door transportation, meals, medical and nursing services, a manicurist and hairdresser, a quiet room, access to social services, physical therapy, and field trips. Various group activities are also organized such as music events, movies, and group exercise.

Provides a supervised and caring environment that focuses on the individual needs of disabled or elderly adults who might otherwise be homebound (medical, social, and Alzheimer's programs). The program provides hot catered meals, transportation to and from SJH facilities and physician appointments. Patients are also offered daily stimulating activities - including arts and crafts, music, exercise, and even birthday parties. The staff can assist with insurance questions and prescription pickups.

Offers programs include fitness and aquatics center, performing arts center, wellness programs, senior center, continuing education classes, leisure groups, jewish programs, special needs day program and events.

A special needs unit provides more intense programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

There are various station areas, a changing room and a "quiet area" for individuals who may need a less stimulating environment. . The station areas include a nutrition station; Health and Wellness, Life skills station; and Technology.

Offers adult men and women with diverse developmental disabilities through residential services. Each individual is guided to achieve maximum independence and community social skills. They actively contribute to their Individual Habilitation Plan, setting personalized goals in recreation, social engagement, personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.

Provides developmentally disabled adults with a wide range of support and advocacy services. Service options include day habilitation, pre-vocational training, aftercare/afterwork socialization programs, and community integration training.

Provides daily exercise classes, art, games, music lectures, American & Jewish history lectures and other special programs. There are also current event group discussions and lunch. Visits are also made to the homebound. Transportation can be arranged.

Provides a social adult day program with activities, field trips, and case management services. Designed to increase socialization of isolated older adults in order to prevent inappropriate institutionalization. Licensed social workers and nurses are on staff.

Provides case management services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the service area.

Provides a senior recreation and leisure program for individuals who wish to be retired. The program follows a daily schedule which consists of current events, exercise, reading groups, arts and crafts along with community outings. The program has many groups led by the individuals, but not limited to: Reading group, recycling club, choir, and the supply team. The Senior Program provides 4 lessons monthly safety, hygiene, health and nutrition, and a cultural presentation quarterly.

Offers education programs for adults with disabilities and youth aging out of the foster care system. Offers continued learning for adults with disabilities. Services are provided in a classroom-type environment and are offered in a variety of subjects including math and reading, music and theater, jewelry design and merchandising, leadership skills, science, and more.

Provides medical supervision and care in a group setting for adults that should not be left alone during the day. Some financial assistance may be available to help cover the cost.
