Application process
Please call or email for application information. An intake assessment is required. Applicants must be referred to the organization by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Referrals must be submitted by the individual's DDD support coordinator.

Open to developmentally disabled individuals, ages 21 and older. Applicants must be eligible for services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and be eligible for Medicaid.
