Description
Provides a full-day program on weekdays for adults with medication needs and/or physical limitations that make them unable to stay home alone. Services are tailored to an individual's needs and include: mental and social stimulation, assistance with personal hygiene, therapy, nutrition, and medical needs. Specialized services for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities are also available. Transportation may be provided for individuals in Middlesex and Union Counties.
