Services encompass mental health case management, supportive housing, homeless services, jail diversion, senior mental health and wellness, intensive outpatient and partial care services, developmental disabilities services including adult day programs and group homes, community supportive living services, and transitional housing for homeless veterans at Veteran's Haven.
