Provides a supervised and caring environment that focuses on the individual needs of disabled or elderly adults who might otherwise be homebound. The program provides hot catered meals, transportation to and from SJH facilities and physician appointments. Patients are also offered daily stimulating activities - including arts and crafts, music, exercise, and even birthday parties. The staff can assist with insurance questions and prescription pickups.
