If funding is available, homeless individuals may receive help to return to their point of origin.

Assists financially eligible Burlington County families and individuals with rental and housing related needs to prevent homelessness. Services provided to the participant will be divided into two categories of primary and support services, and will be determined on an individual basis. An individualized service plan to be developed in partnership between the participant and the case manager will be required.

Referrals to resources such as emergency assistance, counseling, apartment searches, document acquisition, respite facility, and education and employment connections. Intensive case management is available with wrap-around services in collaboration with agencies that can provide mental health services, transitional or permanent housing resources, and other, daily life needs.

Additionally, all participants must partake in a mandatory savings program.
Offers social services to individuals and families in need of rental/mortgage assistance assistance. Assistance is subject to the availability of funds, and does NOT include security deposits or first month's rent. The branch does not assist with once in a state of foreclosure or if eviction notices have been served. The initiative is intended as a program for self-sufficiency and means out of poverty.
