Provides information and referral service that connects people to organizations that can assist them. Referrals to resources such as emergency assistance, counseling, apartment searches, document acquisition, respite facility, and education and employment connections. Intensive case management is available with wrap-around services in collaboration with agencies that can provide mental health services, transitional or permanent housing resources, and other, daily life needs.
