Photo ID, proof of income loss, cause of arrears proof of ability to pay future rent/household costs.Provide a court summons or warrant of removal (with docket number, under 6 months old) in the applicant's name. Must meet income eligibility guidelines (economically disadvantaged/moderate income, per Camden County residency).-Rent arrears assistance: Must show proof of what caused the financial hardship and proof of ability to pay future rent and household expenses.-Must have lived in the residence for at least 3 months prior to falling behind in rent.If homeless: Must provide a letter from a shelter or social service agency.
