Eligibility
Individuals in the service are who: are NOT receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), General Assistance (GA), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), have not received any of the aforementioned benefits for more than 4 consecutive months within the last calendar year; have a household income, including employment, unemployment benefits, social security, or pension; are at imminent risk of homelessness due to short-term issues
