Assisting unpaid Morris County caregivers, this free program enhances their skills and effectiveness. A registered nurse assesses needs, devises personalized teaching plans, and arranges up to five in-home visits with VNA professionals. Caregivers receive training from various specialists, including nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, addressing concerns and strengthening caregiving skills based on individual needs.

Case Management - Bergen County Office | Heightened Independence and Progress (HIP)
