Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) | Healthcare Commons
Targets families, caregivers and relatives of people in Salem County who have mental illness, with special emphasis on families in crisis. Among the services to be offered in homes, in the community or on-site are:- Support, education, explanation, strategies, and information- Family groups- Individual and/or family sessions- Respite care- Referral services/linkages- Psycho-educational programs- Intensive in-home services
