Provides free education and support services to families who have an adult family member with a mental illness. Services include:- Individual family consultation- Medication education- Referrals to mental health and community-based support programs- Family advocacy- Multi-family groups- Psycho-education workshops- in or out-of-home respite careCase managers will do home visits for assessments and to work with the family.
