Provide caregivers with support and assistance in accessing services to help maintain individual caregiving needs. Programs include, but are not limited to:- C.A.R.E.S. Program, offering short-term counseling and in-home respite care- Circle of Caring Support Group- Care Connection Program, offering care management for loved ones with Alzheimers- and Dementia-related illnesses, including individualized care plans and assessments- Senior Housing Placement Services
