Description

Provide caregivers with support and assistance in accessing services to help maintain individual caregiving needs. Programs include, but are not limited to: C.A.R.E.S. Program, offering short-term counseling and in-home respite care, and Circle of Caring Support Group, Care Connection Program.

Evaluate and monitor Gloucester County's health needs and concerns, developing plans to enhance community health. Public health goals focus on strengthening government and community partnerships to improve public health, utilizing gathered information to generate Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP).
