The Center for Educational Advancement (CEA) assists individuals with disabilities in finding community integrated employment. Once the client finds a job, they are given one-on-one training, as needed, to learn the job and to handle any situations relating to job culture/work habits that may interfere with ability to keep a job. Once a job is learned, a job coach can continue to visit the job site a few times per month to make sure that the job continues to go smoothly for the client.
