Fees

None for services. Individuals will have to assume the cost of using any public transportation to and from the job site. Staff assist with travel training. Also assists the individual in registering for New Jersey Transit Access Link services (if they meet the service eligibility)

Description

Facilitates adults with disabilities in acquiring and retaining competitive employment within their local community. We aid in establishing career objectives, pinpointing local employers with suitable job openings, and crafting pre-employment plans encompassing Soft Skills training, job matching, and interview scheduling, with Employment Specialists attending as required. Upon securing a job, individuals receive job coaching to acclimate to the role's demands. We offer ongoing long-term support to both the individual and employer, along with technical guidance to employers hiring individuals with disabilities.
