Offers grants to children with disabilities for communication equipment, education services, and programs that build self-esteem. The grant may cover communication technology and devices, scholarships in education, the arts, and music/sports, sports wheelchairs, adaptive sports programs, camps and retreats, early literacy programs and learning aids, after school programs, performance groups for disabled or disadvantaged children, outings, parties, and experiences.
Provides a free in-home assessment by an Assistive Technology Specialist to help create a tailored plan to see how technology can help the caregiver and care recipient. The specialist will help to create a plan, install assistive technology, and provide education on how to use the devices. The team will also provide ongoing support to be sure the technology continues to meet the family's needs.

Home Modification Consultation
Program where members of PAAD may receive a reimbursement to offset the purchase of a hearing aid. Provides a $500 reimbursement to offset the purchase of a hearing aid, one reimbursement is allowed per calendar year, hearing aid means a custom-fitted ear-level or body-worn electronic device which enhances communication for the hearing impaired.
Provides medical assistance and support to low-income children, up to age 18, who have complex medical diagnoses and developmental disabilities. Assistance is provided via specialized equipment, supplies, therapy toys, adapted activity program fees, and camperships.
