Hearing Aid Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (HAAAD) | NJ Division of Aging Services (DoAS)
Program where members of PAAD may receive a reimbursement to offset the purchase of a hearing aid. Provides a $500 reimbursement to offset the purchase of a hearing aid, one reimbursement is allowed per calendar year, hearing aid means a custom-fitted ear-level or body-worn electronic device which enhances communication for the hearing impaired.

Applicants must complete an application to verify age/disability status, residency & income. Visit the website or call for more information.
Eligibility
Eligible if you you are a New Jersey resident, age 65 or older or between ages 18 and 64 and receiving Social Security Disability benefits, and income for 2024 is no greater than $52,142, if single or no greater than $59,209, if married.
