Description

Assists elderly and disabled individuals by providing funding for assistive devices and services to promote independent living. Services include: Community Support Specialist (CILS): Offers ongoing care management for Hudson County residents aged 18-64. Modification Access Project (MAP): Provides partial funding for Bergen County residents to enhance home accessibility.
