Description

Assists elderly and disabled individuals by providing funding for assistive devices and services to promote independent living. Community Support Specialist (CILS): Offers ongoing care management for Hudson County residents aged 18-64. Assists with physical, sensory, developmental, and mental health needs, coordinating home healthcare, financial benefits, and essential services. Modification Access Project (MAP): Provides partial funding for Bergen County residents to enhance home accessibility.
