Allows low-income elementary to high school age students to save for education tuition, supplies, fees, and computer equipment. For every $1 that qualified participants deposit, the IDA program will deposit an additional $2.

The assistance will be in the form of a deferred repayment mortgage, which doesn't require payment of principal or interest by the homebuyers provided they own and live in the property for five years.
