Provide HIV testing, primary medical care, case management, and prescription drug assistance to HIV-positive individuals from Union County at Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Deliver comprehensive medical care by infectious disease specialists, gynecology referrals, medication management, and coordination of inpatient and outpatient care.
