Residents can access family support, information, and services in a safe and supportive home-like environment designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich lives, and fortify neighborhoods.Services offered at the center include applying for stipends to cover utility expenses through the Assistance for Gas and Electric (PAGE) program, linking families to community resources, hosting cross-cultural family dinners, organizing parent-child activities, providing referral services, offering information on family health, delivering housing-related services, facilitating family goal setting, conducting budgeting and goal-setting sessions, hosting parenting workshops, providing life skills training, offering job search, resume building, and interview tips, organizing parent and community cafes, and engaging in advocacy and home visits.

This program also provides targeted case management services for military veterans experiencing homelessness and mental health issues.

Provides home visits for disabled residents, offering case management and continuous support. Workers assist with accessing various services like home care, financial aid, medical insurance, equipment, home adaptations, transportation, vocational training, education, and recreation. Services aim to maintain independence within the community, with emotional support for clients and families. Assistance in finding residential care is also available when needed.

Provides a variety of supportive programs to students of Perth Amboy High School and their families through the School Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP). Offers case management, assistance with college applications, community referrals for social services, immigration services, employment counseling, and recreational activities. The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) actively serves individuals at risk for repeated psychiatric hospitalizations. Providing 24/7 availability, the PACT team delivers individualized, flexible services at home or in community settings. Services encompass medication support, assertive outreach, crisis response, career counseling, life skills training, and assistance in developing social supports. PACT aims to decrease hospitalizations, enhance vocational opportunities, and improve overall quality of life, offering lifelong support when necessary.

Provides a variety of services to the community of Camden City and Camden County including, information and referral, case management, and benefits assistance, housing assistance, computer classes, job placement and referral, legal advice, health education and youth programs. In addition, PRUP provides weekly groceries to individuals and families in need through collaborations with food banks and pantries in New Jersey.

Additional complimentary services include pharmacotherapy maintenance, toxicology screenings, and therapeutic groups via telehealth, fostering connections among mothers in recovery.
