Serves out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 25 in a combined academic-work program. Provides basic skills or high school instruction to students in all subjects necessary to earn a GED or High School diploma. Available year round and runs in cycles of 3 - 4 months.

Provides a 22-week residential program that integrates a quasi-military training environment, academic offerings, and opportunities to further develop their physical, social, and intellectual abilities. In partnership with a mentor, they will receive continued guidance and support during their one-year post residential phase immediately following graduation.

Assists individuals, who have interests in completing their high school education and gaining valuable community service experience. Through a combination of classes for the HSE prep and community service experience. Services offered include financially literacy, employability and life skills, HSE prep, and academic instruction.

Assists young adults in transitioning from high school to adult life. The RISE Program is geared towards people ages 16-24 who are no longer in high school and are figuring out their next steps to reach their vocational goals.

Offers a six-week employment program for students of ages 14 to 18. Students will work 20 hours a week and will be placed in community based positions.

Participants receive housing, meals, healthcare, a living allowance, and training at no cost during the 8-12 month program. After graduation, career transition counselors offer up to 21 months of support to help secure employment and independent living.

Employs 50-75 Camden-area teens as counselors, tutors, and mentors for children attending after-school programs and summer camps. Employees participate in community service; life skills classes; one-on-one tutoring; SAT/ACT courses; academic enrichment courses; and arts activities. Teens are encouraged to avoid negative influences and focus on their academic and professional future.
