Over one year, participants can earn stipends while working toward completing their high school diploma and engaging in on-the-job training. Enrollees can take college classes and undergo occupational training in areas like Website Design, Certified Nursing Assistance, Advanced Manufacturing, Culinary Arts, Carpentry Construction, and Cisco Networking, leading to industry-recognized credentials. The program provides mentoring, stipends for community service, career sampling, and paid internships. Components include case management, support services, job placement assistance, and meaningful work experience. Successful completion grants a New Jersey-endorsed high school diploma, industry-recognized credentials, a certificate of work experience, career sampling and paid internships, stipends, and mentoring and case management support services.
