Application process

Applicants must obtain referral from student's school district and/or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS). The applicant will then be contacted following receipt of referral.

Description

Assists young adults in transitioning from high school to adult life. The RISE Program is geared towards people ages 16-24 who are no longer in high school and are figuring out their next steps to reach their vocational goals.
