RISE (Readiness for Individual Success in Employment) | Employment Horizons
Assists young adults in transitioning from high school to adult life. The RISE Program is geared towards people ages 16-24 who are no longer in high school and are figuring out their next steps to reach their vocational goals.

Application process
Applicants must obtain referral from student's school district and/or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS). The applicant will then be contacted following receipt of referral.
Eligibility
Open to individuals, ages 16 to 24, with developmental, emotional, and/or physical disabilities. Applicants must be independent in self-care and self-medicating.
