Therapists conduct client assessments and design individualized therapy regimens for their patients, consulting with their patients' personal physicians and other VNA professionals as needed, and adjusting the frequency and difficulty of the therapy sessions as their patient progresses and nears discharge from the in-home program.

Offers specialized short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for patients with brain injuries and those on ventilators, delivering extended recovery brain injury care, ventilator care, sub-acute rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation therapy, respite care, and a residential unit.
