Operating an inpatient rehabilitation center, we cater to individuals aged 20 and older with diverse disabilities. Our comprehensive therapy programs assist patients in regaining essential skills for independent living, such as walking, bathing, and speech. Additionally, we provide accommodations for special needs patients, including dialysis, transfusions, TPN, PEG tubes, and tracheotomies.

Eligibility
Adults ages 20 and older in southern New Jersey with an approved acute-rehabilitation diagnosis such as stroke with functional deficits, brain injury, multiple trauma, significant functional deficits from a neurological disorder (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease), motor neuron disease, polyneuropathy, postpolio syndrome, or Guillain-Barré Syndrome; paraplegia from spinal cord injury; amputation of lower extremity and need for prosthetic training; bilateral joint replacements or hip fracture; complicated single joint replacement. The patient must be able to participate in at least three hours of therapy a day, require 24-hour nursing care and regular physician management, have limitations of recent onset or progression (unless no prior medical rehabilitation), have the likelihood of achieving significant improvement of function in a reasonable period of time, and have the potential for discharge to a community setting.
