Provides assistance for medical needs to Union County residents. Assistance includes NJ Family Care and Medicaid enrollment, as well as special programs for Medicaid-qualified individuals such as Long Term Care expense assistance, hospice programs, waivers for AIDS and Brain Injury patients, and non-emergency medical transportation.

Eligibility
NJ Family Care and Medicaid patients must meet state income, age, and medical necessity requirements. Additional programs are available to Medicaid clients.Non-medicaid clients are considered on special circumstances such as welfare clients and the medically needy (ex: dialysis patients who are eligible under Title XIX and Title XX)
