Open to individuals, ages 16 and older, diagnosed with a traumatic or other acquired brain injury. Patients must be in a state of medical stability (acute nursing care not required), free from alcohol and substance abuse, and free from risk of harming self or others. In addition, all patients must have a desire to achieve agreed-upon functional objectives.

Description

Facilitates a structured rehabilitation program for individuals with brain injuries, aiming for community independence. Tailored therapy sessions mimic real-life situations, aiding reintegration. Patients can access services up to six hours a day, five days a week. Trained professionals offer educational, vocational, and functional activities.
