Programs include property tax freeze and rebate assistance, discount ID and medical cards, citywide information networking, notary services, Senior Citizens' Holiday Party, assistance with senior benefits such as: Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary Program, and Home energy assistance.

Provides comprehensive social service information and referrals to clients and assistance with budgeting and credit repair, completion of government forms, advocacy and fair hearing preparation. Notary publics are also available. Services include but not limited to budgeting, immediate and long-term financial planning, job search advice, pre-authorization advice, referrals to public and private programs that assist with specific medical needs, case oversight.

Provide services to county residents by overseeing probate of wills, administration, guardianships, trusts, adoptions, management of minors' funds, records, and weddings. Fulfills statutory duties related to wills and guardianships of minors and incapacitated individuals.
