Fees

For persons 16 years of age and older: Processing fee is $209.53 payable to the U.S. Department of State; Additional fee of $35.00 ($50.00 with photo) payable to Morris County Clerk. For children aged 15 and under: Processing fee is $179.53 payable to the U.S. Department of State; Additional fee is $35.00 ($50.00 with photo) payable to Morris County Clerk
