Sponsors a number of programs, activities, and services that provide assistance to senior citizens and disabled residents of Elizabeth. Programs include property tax freeze and rebate assistance, discount ID and medical cards, citywide information networking, notary services, Senior Citizens' Holiday Party, assistance with senior benefits such as: Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary Program, and Home energy assistance.
