Supporting adults and families living with HIV/AIDS, the Scattered Site Housing Project (SSHP) provides transitional housing, aiming to establish a secure foundation through case management, life skills development, and self-determination. Upon achieving these goals, residents can assume leases or transition to other affordable housing options. This continuum of care fosters self-sufficiency through educational referrals, life skills training, counseling, and medical consultations/referrals.

Ex-Offender Halfway Houses
Provides transitional housing and supportive services for homeless youth, ages 16 through 21, as well as youth aging out of the foster system. Services include; Educational and Vocational Counseling, Job Search, Interview Skills, Resume Writing, SAT and GED preparation, Weekly Support Groups, Anger Management, Drug/Alcohol Prevention, Parent/Sibling Support, along with other groups pertaining to self-sufficiency, Referral and Case Management Services, Individual and Family Counseling.
Provides residential and life skill services for homeless youth, ages 14 through 21, to aid them in becoming more independent. Services include, but are not limited to: budgeting, resume writing, college readiness, personal hygiene, healthy living, sexual education, and internet safety.

Runs a transitional living program for young women, ages 18 through 22, who are aging out of the foster care system, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Each resident is expected to work and/or continue her education, while also receiving individual instruction in life skills, computers, money management, and employment from our professional staff.
Provides an apartment building with 7 bedrooms and 11 beds, which provides permanent housing and assistance to homeless men in a dormatory setting. Case management, counseling and job readiness is available to all OMAR residents.

Does not provide emergency housingOffers transitional housing, healthcare, and supportive services to up to 18 homeless men. Program stays typically last nine months to one year, with the option to extend up to two years if necessary. Case managers collaborate with residents and referring agencies to create Program Plans, addressing budgeting, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, transportation, employment, medical needs, and long-term housing options. If employment is unattainable for medical reasons, Case Managers assist in applying for financial support (social security, disability, HOPWA, etc.). Program Plans outline long and short-term goals, aiming for each client's self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Clients can access nursing services, attend group counseling, and meet weekly with their Case Manager to review progress and address new needs or issues. Family counseling is available as needed.
