Clients can access nursing services, attend group counseling, and meet weekly with their Case Manager to review progress and address new needs or issues. Family counseling is available as needed.
Provides an apartment building consisting of six self-contained apartments for women with children. Residents are allowed a 19 month stay at the facility to help prepare them for the transition into permanent housing. Provision of case management includes:- Personal counseling- Assistance with enrollment into the Urban Women's Center- Assistance in child care through Head Start Program and access to all agency programs.
