Empowers homeless female youth aged 16-20 through a structured transitional living and supported apartment program. Aims to develop independent living plans within 6-18 months in a group home, or up to a year in supported apartments. Offers counseling, life skills, employment, and education support. Provides life skills training, assistance, and counseling for independent living.
