Delivers free services to Union County residents living with HIV/AIDS, featuring a year-long transitional housing program for single, homeless men. The program provides extensive support, encompassing case management, substance abuse and mental health treatment, education, medication management, and employment assistance, all geared towards facilitating their transition to permanent housing. Furthermore, the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) initiative extends financial aid for rent, security deposits, and utilities to low-income, HIV-positive individuals at risk of homelessness.

Provides people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) with a comprehensive number of core and supportive services including Case Management, Substance Abuse, Prevention/Counseling, Emergency Financial Assistance, Referrals to Mental Health Services, Medical Transportation, Special Family Events, Peer Support Groups, Supportive Housing, and Food Pantry.

Support individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through Hope House by offering case management, monthly HIV support groups for men, women, and general clients, and one to two coping skills groups per month, including activities like Cooking Light and Art Expressions.

Provides supportive services specific to HIV-positive gay or bisexual men ages 18 - 24. Provides holistic patient-centered care through medical support, supportive housing, therapeutic/substance-abuse counseling, and academic and employment support, to young men facing discrimination, exploitation, and homelessness.

Provides HIV/AIDS prevention services that includes HIV rapid testing and counseling for both individuals and couples, street and community outreach, life skills development, health education and risk-reduction programming. It is committed to providing an array of services focused on positively changing individual increased risk behavior.

Offers local substance use, domestic violence, and AIDS prevention programs. HIV services include testing and referrals to Housing Opportunity for People Living With AIDS (HOPWA) program.

Provides emergency housing to individuals who are HIV+ and experiencing homelessness.

Provides 24-hour information and referral for individuals seeking guidance with regard to AIDS, HIV, and STD's. Explains test procedures & illness, testing sites, assistance finding social support organizations, and pastoral services.

Provides a variety of supportive services for individuals that are HIV positive. Programs include case management, chronic disease management, information and referrals, client advocacy, peer companions, referrals to dental care, community outreach and education and counseling.
