Provides a transitional housing (20 beds) and emergency shelter (10 beds) residence that provides housing and supportive services to homeless men living with HIV/AIDS. Based on individual needs, clients can access:- Educational workshops on nutrition, health, stress reduction and other life skills areas- Referral to mental health and/or substance abuse counseling- Case management services- Advocacy services- Recreational activities

Provides primary care, outpatient medical healthcare, prep programs, patient care coordination, pharmacy and medical liaison services, medical case management, HIV testing and STI/STD testing, and psychiatric prescribing services.

Furthermore, the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) initiative extends financial aid for rent, security deposits, and utilities to low-income, HIV-positive individuals at risk of homelessness.
