Application process

Please call the office for more information and/or to apply. Applications are handled in person with a case manager. Required documentation includes: - Documented status of HIV/AIDS, including HIV letter and lab reports - Documented income that does not exceed 30% of the median income for the area, per household size - State photo identification or passport - Birth certificate - Social Security card - Documentation for all eligible dependents in the household (Birth certificate, Social Security card)

Eligibility

Open to Essex County residents who have HIV/AIDS and are in need of housing assistance. Income eligibility restrictions do apply.
