Provides a variety of supportive programs to students of Perth Amboy High School and their families through the School Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP). Offers case management, assistance with college applications, community referrals for social services, immigration services, employment counseling, and recreational activities. Delivers intensive mental health counseling, including individual, group, and family sessions covering topics such as school, drugs/alcohol, abuse, family conflicts, peer pressure, relationships, eating disorders, and violence prevention. Collaborates with community health providers to teach pregnancy prevention and sexual education in ninth-grade health classes, and offers one-on-one sessions on risk reduction and healthy decisions.

Provides staff trained and certified people whom work with alcoholics, addicts, and their families. The goal being helping them understand the nature of the disease, and to seek treatment.

Provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services for Warren County residents. These services encompass psychiatric and counseling programs, including a consumer self-help center operating during evenings and weekends, family support and education, emergency services, substance use disorder treatment, sexual abuse treatment, Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS), and Prevention Connections aimed at enhancing family skills for youth success.

Counsels individuals struggling with alcohol dependency. Individuals work towards developing sobriety through the use of the 12-step program.

Provides services who are experiencing emotional problems. Services include individual counseling, medication treatment, peer support, case management, psychiatric consultation, access to community resources, referral to follow-up services.

Provide counseling, referral services, and free HIV testing, along with referrals for emergency shelter, furniture, and substance abuse counseling. For those who test positive, immediate linkage to medical and advanced care is facilitated. Individuals living with AIDS can receive special grocery packages from the Health and Wellness food pantry in addition to the main pantry. Testing is by appointment only.

The program provides education and prevention to schools, families, etc. The agency presents the program to all schools in Hunterdon County from grades K to high school. Substance abuse evaluations and counseling are provided for probation and anyone in need of the services.
