Description
Providing intensive clinical services, this outpatient behavioral health treatment program assists adults facing emotional distress. It offers comprehensive assessment, solution-focused groups, individual therapy, family education, medication monitoring, personalized care plans, coping skills training, relationship and communication skills development, stress management, addiction counseling, wellness education, and community support linkage. Participants typically attend three hours per day, two or three times weekly, for about eight weeks. Free transportation within Cumberland and Salem County is available upon request.
