Provides a complete source for education, information and referral, as well as intervention with substance abuse and violence issues. The program provides education and prevention to schools, families, etc. The agency presents the program to all schools in Hunterdon County from grades K to high school. Substance abuse evaluations and counseling are provided for probation and anyone in need of the services.

Services include: in-home family and individual counseling; mentoring programs; a summer camp; after-school programs; transportation for parents to the youth detention center to visit children; an in-home parenting program; evaluation services for substance abuse, sexual misconduct, fire risk, and needs assessments; and life skills development.
