Provides services to at-risk youth and their families. Services include: intensive in-home counseling: individualized and family, Mentoring, a summer camp and an after school program for Mercer County residents, transportation for parents to the Youth Detention Center to visit children, Parent Empowerment Program (in-home parenting program), evaluation services (substance use, sexual misconduct, fire risk, needs assessments), and life skills development.

The Center delivers core services, including mental health and substance abuse services, employment counseling, primary and preventive health services, pregnancy prevention services, learning support services, case management services, and recreation services encompassing games, sports, and computers.
