Connects youth experiencing homelessness with necessary resources in order to create a stable housing plan. Also distributes survival aid items such as blankets, hats, gloves, food, personal hygiene items, and health items. The drop-in center contains bathing and laundry facilities, as well as computers.

Delivers street-based outreach through SOS (Street Outreach Services), providing crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and prevention services. Engaging with homeless, runaway, or couch-surfing teens, counselors strive to secure safe and stable housing while also offering education and public speaking workshops on high-risk behaviors to schools and organizations. SOS extends outreach services to teens up to age 21, featuring a teen helpline, crisis intervention and counseling to prevent homelessness, referral and safe transportation to shelter facilities, life-skills training, connection to community support services, and prevention education and outreach programs in schools and the community.
