Street Smart Street Outreach Program | Visions and Pathways

Helps keep youth, ages 13 through 24, off of the street, to prevent the exploitation of high-risk youth, and combat human trafficking. Services include food and clothing, job and educational counseling, HIV/AIDS information, and access to a crisis-intervention or transitional living program.

Application process

The program accepts self-referrals. Referrals can also come from police, schools, and concerned adults.

Eligibility

Open to youth, ages 13 through 24, living on the street or in other unsafe places.

Visions and Pathways

Provides services that are dedicated to meeting the needs of abused and neglected youth. Programs and services include temporary housing, independent life skills training, street outreach and prevention services, comprehensive case management, counseling, financial literacy instruction, and more.
