Serves out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 25 in a combined academic-work program. Provides basic skills or high school instruction to students in all subjects necessary to earn a GED or High School diploma. Available year round and runs in cycles of 3 - 4 months. Provides an eight-week summer program that combines life-skills education, mentoring and an incentive-based, paid work experience at Collier Services' Kateri Day Camp. Through JET, at-risk teens from Monmouth County are given instruction in such areas as resume writing, workplace behavior, conflict resolution and drug and alcohol awareness while also completing specific tasks to maintain the grounds or to assist with camp activities.

Assisting out-of-school Passaic County youth aged 16 to 24 in earning a high school equivalency diploma, the program enhances life skills and prepares them for college and careers, offering stipends to eligible participants. It includes preparation for the High School Diploma Equivalency Exam in Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Social Studies at the students' own pace, as well as instruction in career and life skills such as interviewing techniques, resume writing, job search strategies, career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, goal setting, and effective communication. Additionally, it provides assistance in improving basic skills and navigating the college process.
