Assisting out-of-school Passaic County youth aged 16 to 24 in earning a high school equivalency diploma, the program enhances life skills and prepares them for college and careers, offering stipends to eligible participants. It includes preparation for the High School Diploma Equivalency Exam in Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Social Studies at the students' own pace, as well as instruction in career and life skills such as interviewing techniques, resume writing, job search strategies, career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, goal setting, and effective communication. Additionally, it provides assistance in improving basic skills and navigating the college process.

Employs 50-75 Camden-area teens each year as counselors, tutors, and mentors for the children who attend AfterSchool Programs and Summer Camps. StreetLeaders participate in community service; life skills classes; one-on-one tutoring; SAT/ACT courses; academic enrichment courses; and arts activities. Teens are encouraged to avoid negative influences and focus on their academic and professional future. The programs focus on achievement has led to a 100% graduation rate of StreetLeader seniors; 97% transition into college (90%) or to vocational training (7%).

Provides an eight-week summer program that combines life-skills education, mentoring and an incentive-based, paid work experience at Collier Services' Kateri Day Camp. Through JET, at-risk teens from Monmouth County are given instruction in such areas as resume writing, workplace behavior, conflict resolution and drug and alcohol awareness while also completing specific tasks to maintain the grounds or to assist with camp activities.

Operating a residential career technical training and education program for low-income and at-risk young people aged 16 through 24, the initiative enables students to attain a high school diploma, high school equivalency credential, college credits, and industry-recognized certifications across over 100 career areas, typically spanning 8 to 12 months. Throughout the program, participants receive housing, meals, basic healthcare, a living allowance, and career-oriented training, all at no expense. Post-graduation, a career transition counselor offers support for up to 21 months, aiding in securing employment and independent living.

Initiates Camden Corps Plus, an innovative program connecting Camden City young adults with job opportunities. Over one year, participants can earn stipends while working toward completing their high school diploma and engaging in on-the-job training. Enrollees can take college classes and undergo occupational training in areas like Website Design, Certified Nursing Assistance, Advanced Manufacturing, Culinary Arts, Carpentry Construction, and Cisco Networking, leading to industry-recognized credentials. The program provides mentoring, stipends for community service, career sampling, and paid internships. Successful completion grants a New Jersey-endorsed high school diploma, industry-recognized credentials, a certificate of work experience, career sampling and paid internships, stipends, and mentoring and case management support services. Provides a variety of youth programs, which includes a youth group that emphasizes developing positive attitudes through maintaining close relationships with counselors. Programs also provide experience which build group unity, challenges youth to set goals, and exposes youth to a different world through travel and aides students to obtain summer employment.

Offers an intro to tech program with 16-weeks of hands-on class instruction, a 7-week paid internship, mentoring from senior level- IT professionals, career development workshops, job placement assistance, and the opportunity to earn an IT Generalist Apprenticeship credential or COMPTIA certification.
Provides a 22-week residential program that integrates a quasi-military training environment, academic offerings, and opportunities to further develop their physical, social, and intellectual abilities. YouthBuild is a comprehensive youth and community development program which addresses core issues facing low-income communities. They provide young adults with educational, employment, counseling, and life skills assistance.
Provides various supportive services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, including supported employment services such as job development, coaching, and long-term follow-along support. Additionally, offers a High School Transition program with vocational assessments, job samplings, work readiness services, and consultations. Other services include parent education workshops, sibling support groups, social skills groups, an independent living program, and information and referral services.
