Employs 50-75 Camden-area teens each year as counselors, tutors, and mentors for the children who attend AfterSchool Programs and Summer Camps. StreetLeaders participate in community service; life skills classes; one-on-one tutoring; SAT/ACT courses; academic enrichment courses; and arts activities. Teens are encouraged to avoid negative influences and focus on their academic and professional future. The programs focus on achievement has led to a 100% graduation rate of StreetLeader seniors; 97% transition into college (90%) or to vocational training (7%).

Assisting out-of-school Passaic County youth aged 16 to 24 in earning a high school equivalency diploma, the program enhances life skills and prepares them for college and careers, offering stipends to eligible participants. It includes preparation for the High School Diploma Equivalency Exam in Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Social Studies at the students' own pace, as well as instruction in career and life skills such as interviewing techniques, resume writing, job search strategies, career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, goal setting, and effective communication. Additionally, it provides assistance in improving basic skills and navigating the college process.

Provides a 22-week residential program that integrates a quasi-military training environment, academic offerings, and opportunities to further develop their physical, social, and intellectual abilities. Operating a residential career technical training and education program for low-income and at-risk young people aged 16 through 24, the initiative enables students to attain a high school diploma, high school equivalency credential, college credits, and industry-recognized certifications across over 100 career areas, typically spanning 8 to 12 months. Throughout the program, participants receive housing, meals, basic healthcare, a living allowance, and career-oriented training, all at no expense. Post-graduation, a career transition counselor offers support for up to 21 months, aiding in securing employment and independent living.

Provides an eight-week summer program that combines life-skills education, mentoring and an incentive-based, paid work experience at Collier Services' Kateri Day Camp. Through JET, at-risk teens from Monmouth County are given instruction in such areas as resume writing, workplace behavior, conflict resolution and drug and alcohol awareness while also completing specific tasks to maintain the grounds or to assist with camp activities.
Offer virtual support groups where job seekers connect with experienced coaches for personalized advice on resumes, interviews, and job search strategies, fostering a supportive environment that empowers participants to navigate their careers with confidence and convenience.
