Runs a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art mobile health and dental center that serves individuals and families of all ages. The program enables clients to access necessary medical/dental care, as well as referral information for additional services, in one location that is convenient to those most in need. The vehicle travels to remote locations for care, as well as participates in community health fairs and events.

Provide free community care through a Mobile Health Van, including preventive screenings, STI/HIV/TB testing, health education, syringe exchange, case management, and referrals.

Operates a 'moving dental clinic' equipped with 2 dental chairs/exam rooms, refrigeration, and clinical capabilities. The vehicle doubles as an ambulatory unit for transporting patients to and from medical facilities for both emergent and non-emergent needs, staffed by a lead Field Dentist and Dental Assistant, alongside a designated Medical Assistant. Project DOME serves various locations in Middlesex County with high concentrations of individuals lacking regular access to medical care, encompassing homeless shelters, public housing sites, foster care residences, and comparable facilities.

Offers HIV counseling, testing, referrals to care and treatment, and social service agencies.
