The program also operates the "Healthy Avenues Van," delivering health care information and screenings to over 34,000 individuals across 24 surrounding New Jersey communities annually, addressing various health concerns including diabetes, stroke, blood pressure, cholesterol, colon health, skin damage, cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer.

Provides Registered Nurse (RN) assessments and education as well as care coordination with primary care providers for those who live in transient homes or are physically or mentally disabled

Operates a 'moving dental clinic' equipped with 2 dental chairs/exam rooms, refrigeration, and clinical capabilities. The vehicle doubles as an ambulatory unit for transporting patients to and from medical facilities for both emergent and non-emergent needs, staffed by a lead Field Dentist and Dental Assistant, alongside a designated Medical Assistant. Project DOME serves various locations in Middlesex County with high concentrations of individuals lacking regular access to medical care, encompassing homeless shelters, public housing sites, foster care residences, and comparable facilities.

Provides a van staffed with driver and nurse practitioner travel to three sites providing basic health care and referrals to the homeless and/or impoverished population of Morris County. Van services the following sites:- Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover- St. Ann's Church in Parsippany- St. Lawrence Church in Chester- Warren St. (for day laborers)

Runs a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art mobile health and dental center that serves individuals and families of all ages. The program enables clients to access necessary medical/dental care, as well as referral information for additional services, in one location that is convenient to those most in need. The vehicle travels to remote locations for care, as well as participates in community health fairs and events.

Provides primary health and dental services to Burlington and Atlantic County residents in a mobile medical vehicle. Services provided by the Mobile Medic include general primary care for adults and children, health screenings, glucose testing, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, HIV rapid testing, dental screenings, and emergency dental care.

Provides a fully licensed, eco-friendly mobile medical unit which serves residents of all ages living in high-need areas and rural communities in New Jersey. It offers basic primary care, such as check-ups, school and work physicals, immunizations, blood tests, gynecological exams and treatment of minor ailments for children, adults and senior citizens.

The RNS Mobile Mammography Van makes cancer detection equipment easily accessible to women in Atlantic, Cape May and southern Ocean county. This custom-designed van, one of only two such units in New Jersey, features the latest low-dose mammography equipment, and is accredited by the American College of Radiology and the FDA. All mammograms performed at AtlantiCare are run through the R2 ImageChecker, a computer that helps radiologist detect cancer at the earliest, most treatable stage.
