Provides roving services and mobile counseling/testing 5 days a week including days and evenings. Outreach is done in low income communities for hard to reach, at-risk individuals. Confidential pre/post HIV and syphilis testing and counseling are offered. A nurse practitioner and medical assistant provide health assessments, health education, screenings and referrals.
