Enabling seniors, aged 60 and older, to stay home while requiring nursing facility-level care, this state program offers services like homemaker and home health care, case management, respite care, home modification, special medical equipment, and more. Eligibility criteria include ineligibility for Medicaid and Medicaid waiver programs, along with resources not exceeding $40,000 for an individual or $60,000 for a couple. Participants contribute to the cost on a sliding scale based on their income.

Offers products designed to improve safety, mobility, activities of daily living, along with exercise/wellness opportunities. MSAA provides these products at no charge to individuals with MS who qualify for assistance, and items are shipped directly to the client. Products distributed through the program range from grab bars, shower chairs, and walkers to wide-grip utensil sets and yoga mats.

MLTSS aims to enhance home and community-based services, foster community integration, and guarantee quality and efficiency. Offered services encompass case management, respite care, homemaking, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, caregiver/recipient training, social adult day care, special medical equipment/supplies, chore assistance, transportation, attendant care, and home-based supportive care.

Supports pregnant and new mothers with a range of services and materials, including renting or purchasing breastfeeding equipment like breast pumps and nursing bras. Offers resource materials covering various topics such as OB-GYN, infertility, parenting, and childcare options. Provides free pamphlets, brochures, and videotapes accessible in the Wellness Center.

The MSAA Cooling Distribution Program offers cooling vests and accessories for individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. A cooling vest is a lightweight garment that contains insulated pockets which hold small ice packs that help to cool the body. MSAA provides these products

Offers supportive services, including information and referral for assistive technology devices and services. This includes advocacy services, and legal representation.

Provides affordable access to refurbished medical equipment and accepts donations of gently used and new, unused medical supplies. Donated equipment undergoes thorough inspection, necessary repairs, and professional cleaning to ensure durability before being displayed in the showroom. The range of medical equipment and supplies includes manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, canes, hospital beds, lifts, portable ramps, bath aides, surgical gloves, gauze, tapes, tubing, and disposable undergarments, bed pans/liners, and adult diapers.

Matches clients with donations of durable medical equipment including wheelchairs, shower seats, walkers, canes, etc. All equipment is loaned for as long as needed.
