Donated equipment undergoes thorough inspection, necessary repairs, and professional cleaning to ensure durability before being displayed in the showroom. The range of medical equipment and supplies includes manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, canes, hospital beds, lifts, portable ramps, bath aides, surgical gloves, gauze, tapes, tubing, and disposable undergarments, bed pans/liners, and adult diapers.

The MSAA Cooling Distribution Program offers cooling vests and accessories for individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. A cooling vest is a lightweight garment that contains insulated pockets which hold small ice packs that help to cool the body. MSAA provides these products

Provides medical assistance and support to low-income children, up to age 18, who have complex medical diagnoses and developmental disabilities. Assistance is provided via specialized equipment, supplies, therapy toys, adapted activity program fees, and camperships.

Enabling seniors, aged 60 and older, to stay home while requiring nursing facility-level care, this state program offers services like homemaker and home health care, case management, respite care, home modification, special medical equipment, and more. Eligibility criteria include ineligibility for Medicaid and Medicaid waiver programs, along with resources not exceeding $40,000 for an individual or $60,000 for a couple. Participants contribute to the cost on a sliding scale based on their income.

Services include: renting or purchasing breastfeeding equipment like breast pumps and nursing bras; resources covering various topics such as OB-GYN, infertility, parenting, and childcare options; and free pamphlets, brochures, and videotapes.
