Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC) | Morris County Aging, Disabilities and Community Programming

Enabling seniors, aged 60 and older, to stay home while requiring nursing facility-level care, this state program offers services like homemaker and home health care, case management, respite care, home modification, special medical equipment, and more. Eligibility criteria include ineligibility for Medicaid and Medicaid waiver programs, along with resources not exceeding $40,000 for an individual or $60,000 for a couple. Participants contribute to the cost on a sliding scale based on their income.
