Services include preparing and forwarding claims for pension, education, hospitalization, and outpatient care. Additionally, the program offers post-traumatic stress counseling for Vietnam veterans, veterans tuition credit, POW/MIA program, and war orphans tuition assistance.
Provides information and referral on all benefits and entitlements for veterans and their dependents. Assists in filing applications for all federal, state, and local veterans benefits, as well as employment counseling and referral. Transportation is available through para-transit to VA Hospital only.
Administers a variety of services, including compensation, education, insurance, loan guaranty, pension, and vocational rehabilitation. Provides employment for veterans, service members, their families and survivors. The office offers counseling about eligibility for VA benefits and how to apply, information about VA health care and memorial benefits, outreach to veterans, including those who are homeless or at risk for homelessness and older, minority, and women veterans, public affairs.
