Description
Assists returning service members with transition upon their return home. The center connects veterans and families to various supports: securing federal, state, and local benefits; finding employment with resume writing and skills evaluations; accessing education benefits for career goals; and providing transportation assistance to placements or schools.

Provides transition assistance to all military veterans, with a focus on veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, by providing assistance and support to low income and homeless veterans, as well as helping veterans find employment and secure their educational and health benefits.
