Provides individuals diagnosed with blood cancer support resources and educational information. Resources include: access to information specialists; support groups; caregiver, peer-to-peer, and financial support; a patient community, online chats, and a podcast; nutrition consultations; and clinical trials. Also conducts research on cures.

The staff directs efforts toward working with individual consumers, who face difficulties in areas of housing, employment, transportation, remaining independent in the homes, assists with completing applications for immigration, Social Security, and other financial benefit programs. Special services are also offered for underserved minorities who have disabilities.
