Collaborates with them to form The New Jersey Statewide Self-Advocacy Network (NJSSAN), fostering positive change personally and socially. Comprising five geographic-based Councils, NJSSAN conducts trainings and leadership seminars, supports over 150 self-advocacy groups, facilitates fundraising and public outreach, presents to community groups and schools, and educates state legislators on disability-related concerns.
