Description

Provides coaching and education to assist individuals and families in developing action plans to meet their financial, relational, career, health, well-being, emotional, and educational needs. The United Advocacy Group model is designed to partner alongside front-line organizations and strengthen their capacity to serve youth and families within their midst. Works with foster youth that are aging out 16-24. Domestic violence survivors and their families.
